d. Gold cardholders are entitled to a 7% discount on purchases in the Mitsukoshi Shop (except for some commodities).

a. For each spending in a restaurant, bar and the Mitsukoshi Shop, the cardholder is awarded with points. Awarded points can be exchanged into different kinds of prizes.
b. Ordinary cardholders earn 1 point for each RMB 100 spent on consumptions in each restaurant and bar.
c. Ordinary cardholders earn 1 point for each RMB 200 spent on consumptions in the Mitsukoshi Shop.
d. Gold cardholders earn 1 point for each RMB 50 spent on consumptions in each restaurant and bar.
e. Gold cardholders earn 1 point for each RMB 100 spent on consumptions in the Mitsukoshi Shop.
f. After deprivation of the Garden Card membership, the awarded points will loose their validity.
g. Awarded points are valid for 1 year.

a. Awarded Garden Card points can be exchanged into different kinds of prizes that are mentioned in the “Prize List”. After the termination of the Garden Card membership, the awarded points are valid for the next 6 months only.

a. Coupons can only be used in the Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai and cannot be used in combination with any other discount cards.
b. Coupons are not cash refundable.
c. Coupons should be used within the period that is mentioned on the coupon. When this period has expired, the coupon can no longer be used.
d. The hotel must be informed about your intention to use a coupon when you make your reservation.
